General terms
OREVA provides real estate information, technology-assisted workflows, property and pricing information, and communication tools. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to use the services lawfully and provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
Real estate and pricing information
Home-value estimates, CMA information, market data, analytics, and other pricing information are informational tools and may rely on available records, comparable sales, user-provided facts, and professional judgment. They are not guarantees of a sale price, appraisal result, financing decision, or future market performance.
SMS program terms
If you affirmatively opt in to SMS communications, OREVA may send low-volume, one-to-one text messages related to your real estate inquiry or relationship with us. Recipients may include homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate clients who have voluntarily provided their mobile number and consented to receive SMS messages from OREVA.
Messages may include property information, responses to inquiries, appointment or showing coordination, CMA and pricing discussions, transaction updates, document or deadline reminders, follow-up regarding requested real estate services, and related client communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. If you later want to receive SMS messages again after opting out, you must provide a new affirmative opt-in.
Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Automated and AI-assisted communications
Authorized real estate professionals may use OREVA and the Métis assistant to prepare or assist with communications. Outbound messages remain subject to applicable user authorization, platform safeguards, communication preferences, and SMS consent requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as services, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The updated date shown above reflects the most recent revision.
